What are the Pan-American Masters Games?

Simply put — the Pan-Am Masters Games are fun, Olympic-style, multi-sport competitions for the mature athlete. PAMG can be considered an international sports festival and will bring an estimated 10,000 athletes from around the globe to compete in a multi-day celebration of athletics.

Who can compete?

Athletes 30 years of age or older are considered masters athletes and can compete at the Pan-American Masters Games.

What events are available?

“Athletics are a group of sporting events involving competitive running, jumping, throwing, and even walking. Most commonly, this sport offers disciplines of track and field, road running and race-walking competitions.”

The full list of sports at the PAMG is available here. Fast FEAT Track Club can train for, and participate in, a variety of athletic and track and field events.

Track events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m; 80/100/110m hurdles, 300/400m hurdles; 2000/3000m steeplechase; 4x100m relay

Field events: high jump, long jump, triple jump, discus, hammer throw, javelin, shot put

Road race: 10k and half marathon

How do I train?

When you sign up with one of our coaches, you will receive individualized, bespoke training to fit your needs and lifestyle. You can choose from in-person coaching, virtual coaching, or a combination of both. You and your coach will decide the best approach for you to achieve your goals.
